We use Carolina Reaper (worlds hottest chilli) mixed with Ghost Chilli (worlds 2nd hottest chilli) all blended with a few other chilli types to give this jerky a flavour hit, WITH the heat!
It has hints of sweetness, and complex flavouring with a fragrant Chilli smell & taste.
Our goal was to create a Hot Chilli Beef Jerky that not only delivered the heat, but didn’t overpower the true taste of the Beef Jerky.
This is a true HOT CHILLI, and is definitely not for the faint hearted. So just be warned.

I love the amount of spice and FLAVOUR in this jerky, often hot chilli is so overpowering but this is spicy and very, very tasty. If you are also a chilli lover give it a red hot go – yum!
